Overview
This update gives you more flexibility when adding input sources, lets you edit PDF documentation directly, and improves how your documents are structured. Here's everything you need to know about the four new features.
1. Combine PDFs, Images and Text
You no longer have to choose a single input source. URLs, images and PDFs can now be used simultaneously in any combination.
The more relevant information you provide, the more accurate the classification result. So it's always worth using all available sources.
How it works: Go to step 1 and simply add all the sources you need – URL, images and/or PDF. You can return to step 1 at any time to add more information and update the product description.
2. PDF Limit: First 5 Pages Are Processed
Uploaded PDFs are now analysed based on the first 5 pages. Make sure the most relevant product information appears as early in the document as possible.
3. Article Number in the PDF Document
The article number is now automatically included in the generated PDF documentation. This makes it easy to match each document to a specific product – no manual editing required.
4. Edit PDF Documentation Directly
You can now edit the reasoning in the PDF documentation directly within the tool.
How it works:
Go to step 3.
Click the pencil icon below the reasoning.
Edit the text as needed.
Export the updated version as a PDF.
