Our recommendation for best results
To get the most out of traide AI, we recommend enriching your data with additional text information, such as:
Article number
Product name
Material
Product description
Product hierarchy
Important: The more relevant information you provide, the more accurate and useful the results will be.
Using URLs (e.g. website links)
Create a dedicated column for URLs in your Excel file.
Use exactly one link per cell.
The link must be publicly accessible.
Provide the URL in plain format, e.g.:
www.traide.ai
Using images
You can also easily include images via your Excel file.
Add relevant product information (e.g. article number, name, description) to ensure proper assignment.
In the image column: one image per cell.
File size & limits
Since images can quickly increase file size, please keep the following in mind:
Recommendations:
Ideally 2–3 images per product
This typically allows for 100–150 products per file
With many images:
e.g. 20 images per product → approx. 50 products per file
Maximum file size:
50 MB
