1. Provide a Complete Product Description in Step 1

The quality of the classification result depends directly on the completeness of the product information. Enter all relevant details in Step 1 from the start — the more comprehensive the product description, the more reliable the classification.

2. Always Check the Confidence Indicator

After each classification, the confidence indicator shows you at a glance how reliable the result is:

  • High / Very High (green) — The result can be accepted directly.

  • Average (orange) — Some information is missing. Adding it is recommended.

  • Low (red) — Essential information is missing. Adding it is strongly recommended.

3. Use “Add Missing Info” to Find Out What’s Needed

Not sure what information is missing? Use the Quick Questions menu below the chat and select “Add Missing Info”. The AI will ask you targeted questions to identify exactly what is needed to improve the confidence level.

4. Always Add Missing Information in Step 1 – Not in the Chat

Information entered only in the chat in Step 2 will not appear in the classification documentation in Step 3 — and will also be missing from any exported PDF. Always add missing product details directly in Step 1 to ensure complete and traceable documentation.

5. Use Screenshots for Maximum Flexibility

Screenshots are the most flexible way to provide product information. You can upload screenshots from almost any source — for example from:

  • ERP systems

  • Product websites

  • PDFs

  • Delivery notes or invoices

The more complete the product information, the more precise and reliable the classification result.

6. Read the AI’s Output in Step 2 Carefully

The AI explains in Step 2 in detail how it arrived at the suggested tariff number — for example:

  • why certain tariff numbers were excluded,

  • which information is still missing,

  • and why the chosen tariff number is the most suitable one.

The AI’s reasoning often already contains all the important answers — it’s worth taking a moment to read it carefully.
