Understanding AI Confidence Levels

The AI automatically evaluates how reliably it can suggest a tariff number based on the available product information — displayed as a color-coded indicator directly next to each tariff number.

The Three Confidence Levels

High / Very High (Green)

The AI has sufficient information. The result can be accepted directly.

Average (Orange)

Some information is missing — for example regarding material or intended use. In such cases, the AI makes assumptions that need to be confirmed or ruled out. We recommend adding the missing information.

Low (Red)

Essential information is missing. The tariff number can still be selected, but the risk of an incorrect classification increases. We strongly recommend adding the missing information.

Adding Missing Information

When the confidence indicator is orange or red, we recommend using the Quick Questions in the chat to find out exactly what information is missing:

  1. Click on the Quick Questions menu below the chat.

  2. Select "Add Missing Info".

  3. The AI will ask you targeted questions — the answers to which are needed to increase the confidence level.

  4. Answer the questions directly in the chat — The AI will then update the classification with a higher confidence level.

Tip: We recommend adding the missing product information directly in Step 1 during the product description generation. This ensures all relevant details are included from the start. Of course, you can also simply add the information directly in the chat and continue working from there.
