How to Add Missing Information
Essential product details always belong in the product description in Step 1.
Open the relevant product in your project.
Click on Step 1 (Product) in the top navigation to go back.
Add the missing details in the product description on the right.
Click "Update Product" to save.
Proceed to Step 2 to receive an updated classification.
Using the Chat for Guidance
Not sure what’s missing? Use Quick Questions below the chat and select "Add Missing Info" — the AI will guide you. You can also chat freely with the AI for further questions.
Once you know what is needed, always add it in Step 1. The chat is for guidance and discussion — not a replacement for a complete product description.
Important: Product information added retroactively via the chat in Step 2 will not appear in the classification documentation in Step 3. This means the reasoning shown in the documentation may be incomplete — including when you export it as a PDF. To ensure complete and accurate documentation, always add all relevant product information directly in Step 1.
