The review is the alternative to a new tariff classification. In manual product entry, there is also a review option that allows you to provide the AI with a customs tariff number for verification. The AI will either confirm your classification or reject it and suggest a suitable alternative.
This is particularly useful in cases of disagreement — for example, if a classification has not been questioned internally for years, or if it was originally provided by the manufacturer or supplier. The AI’s explanation can then be easily shared as justification.
How to start a review:
Open a new chat.
Click in the gray description box and add a link or screenshot.
After entering the product description, another gray box will appear below.
Click in the optional text field to either select a customs tariff number from the list or enter one manually.
Once the selection is complete, start step 2.
