In traide Compliance you can download the PDF in step 3. After selecting the customs tariff number, you always have the option to download the AI justification.
The PDF always contains the appropriate justification for the customs tariff number you selected. If you choose a customs tariff number that the AI did not reference, then no justification was created for that number. So the question is where this misunderstanding might be coming from...
