Automate Data Management Efficiently with the API Interface

An API (Application Programming Interface) is an interface that enables different software applications to communicate with each other. It essentially acts as a translator between systems and facilitates automated data exchange.

Implementing an API offers many advantages: it simplifies the entire data management process and data lifecycle, as data can be transferred and processed seamlessly between systems. It also enables extensive automation, making processes more efficient and less prone to errors.

However, using an API also requires technical expertise—both in working with the API itself and in understanding the internal processes connected to it. Our support is therefore limited in this area, as integrations are individual and dependent on your specific processes.

Typically, we first discuss your planned use case, then provide you with access to the API documentation and set up a test environment. After testing, you can switch to the production system.

To gain access to the API endpoints or if you have any questions about the API, please send your request to [email protected]

💡 Our SAP plugin enables automated data transfer between SAP S/4HANA and traide AI. This allows the entire data cycle to be covered—for example, new product lists can be created directly in traide AI and the classified tariff results can be sent back automatically.

Interested in the SAP plugin? Feel free to contact us directly for more information.
