1. Completing tariff classifications is now even easier! You can now select not only the 8-digit code, but also additional nomenclatures directly. When you select a customs tariff number in step 2, a small window will appear where you can immediately choose further nomenclatures. We are thus simplifying the classification process for the 8-digit code as well as the 10-, 11-digit codes or HTS.
Additionally, a case is now considered completed as soon as you have selected a customs tariff number. The blue "Complete" button will therefore disappear as of April 2nd.
2. We now have a nicer Help Centre. This makes it even faster to find answers to your questions. In line with this, we have set up a new live chat in the bottom right corner, allowing us to answer your questions even more quickly and in greater detail. Also, get to know the traide AI agent. As part of this transition, we are switching to Intercom as a sub-processor.
